Why not just a button
A button sends a signal. Odazivo makes sure someone answers.
A notification is not a service. When a button on a table rings, everyone hears it and nobody is responsible; the guest keeps waiting and the shift does not know for how long. Service starts only when the request has an owner — and ends only when that is on record.
01After the press
What happens after the press
The same press, two different flows. Left: a signal everyone sees. Right: a request someone accepts.

02Five things
Five things a button cannot know
Each one is a question a manager asks in a busy shift. Odazivo answers every one with what the product does today — not with plans.
- 01
Who accepted it
The request has one owner from the moment a team member presses Accept. The name sits next to the table, and the server never lets two people accept the same request.
- 02
How long the guest has been waiting
Every request carries its waiting time from the moment it was sent. The team sees it in the queue instead of guessing.
- 03
Whether the request passed its threshold
The venue owner sets response thresholds per request type. At risk and Over time arrive with a reason and a timer, and the table rises to the top of the queue.
- 04
Whether the service was completed
The request's owner presses Complete and the guest sees the confirmation on their phone. Until then the request stays open and visible to the whole shift.
- 05
What happened during the shift
When the request arrived, who accepted it and when it was completed stay in the venue's history — no argument after the shift.

The same table as on the homepage.
Not a QR menu, not a bell, not a POS — and the place Odazivo takes between them. One source of truth, no copy.

- No — stays in the POS
Odazivo does not replace the POS, does not take payment and does not take the order. It works alongside the existing system and organises the service around it.
Your POS keeps handling orders and payment. Odazivo handles the call, the bill, help, waiting and responsibility.
