Odazivo is software plus physical plates on the tables plus team onboarding. That is why the offer has a one-time part and a monthly part. Below is what each package covers; the final offer is built around your venue's number of tables and zones.

02Hardware

Plates on the tables. Devices you already have.

  • One QR/NFC plate per table

    Carries the table's unique link. The guest scans or taps; they never type a table number.

  • The team's phones and tablets

    The team app runs in the browser as a PWA, on the devices the venue already uses.

  • No POS changes

    No new terminals, printers or integrations. The POS stays as it is.

The shape of the plate and how it is placed are chosen to suit the venue's tables and interior. Replacing a damaged plate is a separate, clear line item.

No anonymous checkout. A conversation and a clear offer.

Because setup includes physical plates and venue-specific configuration, purchasing runs through a short, clear flow instead of a shopping cart.

    Tell us how many tables you have and which zones; we agree the form and number of plates.

    Written offer

    We confirm the scope, tables, zones and roles and send an offer with an invoice or a secure payment link.

  4. 04

    Setup and first shift

    Configuration, plates, team, the first real shift.

  5. The website does not process payments. Nothing is charged before a confirmed offer.

    The offer clearly states amounts, VAT and how invoices are issued.

  • Cancellation

    Subscription cancellation terms are part of the offer, without small print.

Why are prices not shown as numbers?

Because the offer depends on the number of tables, zones and plates. The structure is public; the amount is built for your venue and delivered as a clear offer.

Do we pay for both the plates and the software?

Yes: the one-time setup covers configuration and plates, and the subscription covers software access and support. Both items appear in the offer.

What if we add tables later?

An additional table is a clear line item: plate plus setup. So is plate replacement.

Does the pilot commit us?

Pilot terms are agreed directly. Moving to the Venue package does not require reconfiguring.
