Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026.
This website presents the Odazivo product and receives enquiries for demonstrations and pilots. That is why the policy is short and concrete. It applies to the website; the terms of data processing inside the Odazivo application itself will be governed by the agreement with the venue.
What data we collect
The site has no accounts, uses no third-party analytics and sets no cookies that are not strictly necessary.
The enquiry form asks for: what you are interested in, your full name, the venue name, city, a contact (email or phone) and, optionally, an approximate number of tables, zones, your role and a message.
While enquiry delivery is not switched on, form data is neither sent nor stored anywhere — the form states this clearly after submission.
How we use data
Once delivery is switched on, form data will be used solely to reply to you and arrange a demonstration, pilot or offer. This policy will be updated before that happens, naming the recipient and the retention period.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. That is also why there is no cookie banner.
Third parties
The site is served without external scripts, CDN fonts or tracking tools. Fonts are served from the same domain.
Guest data in the application
A guest using Odazivo at a venue leaves no name, phone number or account. A request carries the venue, zone, table, request type and times. That is operational data of the venue using the application.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete any data you send us.
For questions about your data, write to contact@odazivo.com.
